Ok, this took a long time to finish but oh was it worth it!! I had so much fun, and I just love the way she turned out…. I think her name is Memory. It just seemed the theme while she was being created…. Memory is designed to be a jewelry stand/display. earrings may be hung from her lace, and she can hold bracelets on her arms, etc…… enjoy the process pictures!
Just a few notes about the process…. paint is great-like even I don’t wear purple eyeshadow!!! What was I thinking???? And mental note to self- trim the eyelashes before gluing them on. Duh.
On a day that I have declared to start clearing my plate and doing less, I find myself working hard on a couple of projects that have been waiting for my attention. How does this happen?!
The project pictured is this beautiful Mannequin which my honey brought home for me one day. He knows how much I love to transform their old painted and sometimes cracked faces and bodies into a work of art for display of jewelry or just display for the heck of it!
I also enjoy moving my mannequins around the house to freak everyone out and think that “someone is standing over there”!
I am enjoying this lovely weather today but I feel a little confused about either finishing up on the Winter projects that haven’t been completed, or do I get started on the Spring /nice weather projects that I have piled up???? Oh no-what to do. One thing I know for sure is that I need to cut back on the FaceBook time… then I can get all the projects done!

Just a few pictures of the finished product…. I love my new shower, I find myself in it a couple times a day in this hot weather we’ve been having!!!
Just some updated pictures of the Crazy Mosaic project…. enjoy.
I took on a very large project…. here below are some pictures showing the progress of my ” Shower Mosaic ” I have never done this before, but somehow it just flowed all together…. we found tiles, then glass, tools were gifted and a design emerged. I just can’t figure out why I underestimated the time involved!!
I have only two walls almost complete. The one is representative of the 7 chakras or energy centers of the body. Standing in front of it and using visualization with positive intention techniques, it will help to balance the Chakra’s each morning. The wall opposite is a Tree …. helping to ground your energy. I will post more pictures as it comes along.
So my Mother has been telling me for quite some time to stop at this store in Delavan that they might be interested in my Art. Finally I did, and I am so grateful to be a part of it now! They have a very nice selection of Artists and consignment clothing. Stay tuned for future classes and workshops here. I hope you enjoy the Classy Sassy atmosphere!
