What a great way to kick off Deer Widows’ Weekend! This show will be a lot of fun! The bar will be open all day, the hotel will be serving food from 11-1…. bring your girlfriends and be sure to tell everyone about it.

I am anticipating room for about 40 vendors, and am currently in-search- of a band or two to perform for the day. Any leads would be appreciated.

I want to blog about this amazing cameo I have been asked to work with….. My clients’ father bought it over seas during WW1 and gave it to his wife. She passed it down to her daughter(my client). It is beautiful! It longs to be worn proudly, to share its’ beauty with those who gaze upon it. Sadly, it has never been worn.

I have met with my client and shared some ideas I have, she then got more ideas and brought over some chains, pearls and crystals. We have agreed on a style that we both think will honor the beauty of the piece…. I will like you to join me in the creation process and will continue to post pictures about the process…. Hope you enjoy it!

Wowie Zowie it is really almost the end of July?!? Everyone I run into seems to be in a pseudo state of shock about it. I am going to suggest that we all take a moment to clear our mind and state out loud; “SLOW DOWN TIME”. Of course you may want to wait until you clock out of work to make this statement but I assure you that it will help to slow the hustle and bustle of Doing-Doing-Going-Here-There-Everywhere. “Slow Down Time” Just Be.
Shut off the Summer mind chatter that permeates our almost every waking second. Enjoy and be in the moment for all that it is instead of planning your next moment.

I had a great time at the Dragon Art Fair last weekend. I met some awesome people, and got to experience the beauty of Mother Nature. I would do this show again, and encourage others to as well, it is a very organized professional group that puts it together with a lot of advertising and community support. Thank you to all who came to my booth and said Hi!!
